They need a contractor to get the grant
The Grant Map shows homeowners which grants, rebates, and forgivable loans they qualify for, then sends the ones who need a contractor straight to you. Most are grant-funded jobs, and many programs require a licensed contractor (some require your written estimate before the homeowner can even apply). Free to list. You pay only when you accept a lead you want.
How it works
Four steps from a homeowner finding a grant to you winning the job.
-
1
A homeowner finds grants for their city
They land on our directory looking for money to fix their home and see the programs they qualify for in their city.
-
2
They request help applying
They are not shopping for five quotes. They asked for a contractor who knows how grant-funded work goes.
-
3
Matching contractors get a teaser
You get the city, the trade, the project, and the grant programs in play. No name, no email, no address yet.
-
4
You accept only the ones you want
Accept a lead and the homeowner's contact unlocks instantly. Ignore it and you pay nothing. That simple.
What it costs
No subscription. No monthly fee. You pay per lead you choose to accept, nothing else. Each lead is priced by the job: the trade and the size of the work set the price, and the exact amount is shown on the lead before you accept it.
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Listing | $0 |
| First lead (new contractors) | Free |
| Shared lead (up to 3 contractors get it) | About $25 to $90, by job |
| Exclusive lead (only you get it) | About $60 to $225, by job |
| Monthly fee / subscription | None |
| Junk lead (disconnected, duplicate, outside your area) | Credited within 7 days |
A bigger job (a roof, an HVAC system, windows) costs more than a small one (a weatherization tune-up), so you pay in proportion to the work, and you always see the price before you accept. There is nothing recurring to cancel because nothing recurs. Stop accepting leads any time and you owe nothing.
Why these leads are different
You are how they get funded
These homeowners found a grant for a specific project. Many programs require a licensed contractor, and some require your written estimate before they can even apply. You are not one of five quotes, you are how their application gets approved.
They asked for help, not a bidding war
They requested a contractor to help them apply and do the work. They are not collecting five quotes to grind you on price.
A deadline that closes deals
Grant funds expire. Homeowners on a clock move fast, and the contractor who answers first usually wins the job.
The paperwork is already moving
Every matched homeowner gets the document checklist for their grant, and for federal and state programs the exact application form, sent to them before you ever talk. The lead reaches you application-ready, not at square one.
A sample lead, exactly as it arrives
This is the contact-free teaser email you get for a paid lead. No homeowner name, email, or address until you accept.
A grant-funded homeowner in des-moines just requested help with a roofing project.
Project: Hail-damaged roof, homeowner wants to use their approved grant before the deadline…
Programs they may qualify for
Invest DSM Block Challenge Grant · Up to $2,500 per property

Accept this lead for $90 (this lead's price, set by the job and shown here) and the homeowner's name, email, and address unlock instantly in your dashboard. First 3 contractors to accept get it. Not a fit? Ignore this email, you pay nothing.
Junk-lead protection: disconnected number, duplicate, or outside your service area, reported within 7 days, gets credited. No subscription, ever.
Accept this lead ($90)Claim your listing
We already list licensed and public-record contractors so homeowners can find someone in their city. Your business may already be on the map as an unclaimed listing.
Claiming your listing is free and takes about 2 minutes. Search for your business in the directory, then prove it is yours by clicking a one-time email link or texting back a 6-digit code. After that you control the profile, choose your service area and trades, and start receiving grant-funded leads.
Claiming puts a card on file at $0 today so accepting a future lead is one click. You are not charged until you accept a lead you want.
Your contact details stay private: we never show your phone number or address on your public listing, and we never sell your information. Homeowners reach you only through a lead you accept, never a number scraped off the site.
Honest answers
- Why is my business already listed?
- We build unclaimed listings from public licensing records and open business data so homeowners searching their city can actually find a contractor. An unclaimed listing never carries our Grant-Approved badge and never receives a homeowner's contact details. Claim it to take control, free.
- What if a lead is junk?
- If a lead you accepted has a disconnected number, is a duplicate, or is outside your service area, report it within 7 days and we credit it. You are not stuck paying for a bad lead.
- Do you take a cut of the job?
- No. We never touch the job value, the grant funds, or your invoice. You pay only for a lead you choose to accept, and the price is set per lead by the trade and the size of the work, not by what you eventually charge. Shared leads run about $25 to $90 and exclusive leads about $60 to $225, and you always see the exact price before you accept. That is the whole deal.
- Can I pause?
- Yes. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Ignore the teaser emails and you pay nothing. Start accepting again whenever you want. Nothing to cancel.
- How do service areas work?
- You set the cities and trades you cover. We only send you teasers for grant-funded homeowners that match your area and your trade, so you are not paying to look at jobs you would never take.
